Having read the reviews I knew they were being shipped from Czech Republic not UK as name suggests. Knew it might take 3 weeks to arrive! Order dispatched but I spotted an item missing on dispatch note (& appropriate reduced amount invoiced to my credit card). Had to contact customer service myself about why this was (online chat) & they explained item was out of stock. Said I had been contacted about this (I hadn’t) but were helpful to resolve the issue. Agreed I could reorder a similar item & they would refund second postage. So order dispatched in 2 parcels. Smaller parcel arrived in a week, despite Christmas post & despite being dispatched 2 days later. Larger parcel took just over 3 weeks (across Christmas), tracking showing it sat at Dutch customs! When the photos arrived I was delighted, they are excellent quality & were well packaged. Had chosen custom sizes, & pictures exactly as I had positioned them on the preview after ‘cropping’ so make sure you check this. Well worth the wait, but had I believed the ‘order in time for Christmas’ deadline I would have been disappointed. Got a free poster too which arrived undamaged. Would thoroughly recommend this company for great photo print picture quality, but if ordering for a deadline, allow 3 weeks just incase, & also check your dispatch notice to ensure no missing items! Picture is of the photos in some Ikea frames. Glad I used this company & would do again.

Good quality product reasonably priced and good delivery time

Came in perfect condition and wrapped safely. It arrived within the 14 day so it got here on time and just before Xmas as it was a gift. Definitely will purchase again.

Excellent experience ordering from this company - brilliant range and sizes of photos that are different to most online retailers. I bought two lovely coastal prints of Kefalonia and they were delivered by Royal Mail on time in perfect condition, arrived rolled in brown paper and inside a sealed cardboard box. Excellent quality glossy paper and rich colours, really impressed and great value for money.
