Returns Policy

You have up to 365-days to return your items - one full year!

Your satisfaction is what’s most important to us. We are committed to delivering high quality products, and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed! That’s why we extended the return policy up to 365 days. Do not hesitate with your purchases. In case your order doesn’t meet your expectations, simply send it back and we’ll refund or exchange your items.

How to proceed when returning the goods:

In what situations can you return the goods?

1) Damaged items due to shipping

If you suspect that your items were damaged while being shipped, please email us at [email protected] immediately and provide us with a photo of the package and damaged items. We will contact you back right away with information regarding what to do next. Your email must be sent within 48 hours, later complaints will not be considered. You do not have to send the damaged goods back to us.

2) Items damaged within 24 months after purchase

Were your items damaged by, for example, sunlight? Send us an email to [email protected] with a photo of your damaged item and we will contact you with information regarding what steps to take next. The warranty period does not cover defects caused by careless handling or mechanical damage.

3) Unsatisfied with ordered items

Maybe your items don’t match with the colour of your couch, or fit your apartment’s style. No problem, send back your items and we will issue a refund. If you choose to return the items within 14 days, we will refund you for the cost of the items and the lowest priced shipping cost, if charged. After 14 days, you will only be refunded the price of the items. The return shipping costs back must be paid at your expenses.

4) Receiving the wrong items or missing items in your order

Have you received a different item than you ordered? Are there any items missing in your order? That can happen and we are sorry for it. Please send us a photo of the item you received to the email [email protected]. We will immediately contact you with information regarding what steps to take next.

How to wrap and return the goods?

If you are sending the goods back, make sure that the goods are securely packed so that they are not damaged during transport. Ideally use the original packaging that came with the goods.

Together with the package, please send us an e-mail to [email protected] with the information that you are returning the goods. Provide your name, order number, and account number to which you would like a refund.

We will return the money for the goods to you within 14 days of receiving the undamaged shipment back to our warehouse.

Are there any exceptions?

Goods made on your demand cannot be returned. This information can also be found within the relevant products directly on our website. Such goods can only be claimed in case of an obvious printing error or damage from our side. The exceptions are namely:

  • prints of your own photos on photo paper and canvas

  • art prints on demand on photo paper, canvas or wall mural

  • custom framing
